Elderflower Fizz Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

• 1 shot elderflower liqueur

• 1 cup crushed ice

• Sparkling Brut

• 1 lemon rind shaving

Instructions:

1. Combine lemon juice and elderflower liqueur in a coupe glass, add ice, and top with sparkling brut. 

2. Garnish with lemon rind shaving.
