You can enjoy dried Marigolds in teas, soups and salads, or use them for a beautiful garnish on desserts.
Marigold tea is full of antioxidants and is also good for digestion.
Place Marigolds in your ice trays for a fun way to add some excitement to your drinks.
Marigolds make a colorful and delicious addition to a salad!
Calendula flowers are typically more mild in taste than other Marigold varieties.
The taste of Marigolds have been described as citrusy and peppery.
The Calendula varieties are more bitter while the signet Marigolds are slightly sweeter and have stronger citrus tones.
Next time you make avocado toast, consider adding some Marigold petals.
Not only do Marigold flowers make a beautiful garnish, but they also contain quercetin which has anti-inflammatory properties.
