Roots on the Rise is proud to lead the marketing and education efforts for the new glass recycling program at the Isle of Palms in SC. Our Partner Fisher Recycling has drop sites for glass-only at the Harris Teeter and IOP Marina.
Save Your Recyclable Glass, Isle of Palms!
We invite residents and visitors of IOP to participate in a new recycling program made possible by the City of Isle of Palms and Fisher Recycling. This is a huge step for the Charleston community as we’re trying to divert glass from our local landfills.
* Store your collected glass in any containers, buckets, or boxes.
* Accepted Glass: bottles (any color), jars (no lids), shelving
* Not Accepted: tempered glass (some shelving), lightbulbs
